In development at the Humphreys office is this 87 foot high performance Café Racer. Constructed in pre-preg carbon / Nomex, this design utilises the latest in Grand Prix technology with clever integration of the composite structure and high-end interior. A light displacement, deep draft (lifting) T keel, powerful hull form and twin rudder configuration results in an exceptionally high power to weight ratio. Combined with a large sail plan, VPP work indicates that this design is capable of speeds well in excess of 20 knots downwind as well as exceptional light air performance.
